Purchase & Cancellation Policy
50% Deposit Required
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your order date. Your order is not confirmed and Brooke will not begin preparing your order until the 50% deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% balance is due when your order is picked up or dropped off.
Because Brooke purchases ingredients, packaging, and other supplies specifically for each custom order, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you cancel 7 or more days before your scheduled pickup date:
Your 50% deposit will be retained, but you will not owe the remaining 50% balance.
If you cancel less than 7 days before your scheduled pickup date:
Your 50% deposit will be retained, and the remaining 50% balance will still be due. At this point, Brooke may have already purchased ingredients and supplies and/or begun preparing your order.
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Failure to pick up your order is considered a cancellation and is subject to the same policy.
Pickup & Payment
For safety and convenience, Brooke will arrange a mutually agreed-upon safe public location for pickup/drop-off. The remaining balance must be paid at that time.
If an unforeseen circumstance affects your order, please contact Brooke as soon as possible. She will do her best to work with you when circumstances reasonably allow.
